Energy Yoga
Energy Yoga has been developed to increase vitality and health in the physical body whilst also working with the psycho-spiritual connection to quieten the mind. Energy Yoga is gentle classical hatha yoga that focuses on the breath to bring about profound changes in the body by increasing prana - the universal life force energy flow. Prana is present in all things but may become depleted as a consequence of stress and illness. Energy yoga is suitable for anyone of any age and every level of fitness.

I find it dificult to choose between the wealth of choice of energy flow, spa, wellness, and health treatments... it would be usefull to see if someone has tried them all out and could provide perspective of one Vs the other.
As an example I was browsing http://wwww.temptingplaces.com, and they have included in their collection of spa and wellness boutique hotels the "Hacienda San Jose" in Yucatan (Mexico). In this heritage hacienda that looks really nice, they uses natural regional products such as honey, royal jelly, clay, and aloe vera and you can try out the "Maya energizing massage" consisting of ancient Mayan massage techniques and mystique rituals that balance personal vital energy with the energy of the environment. It is said to result in deep relaxation, spiritual harmony, and corporal equilibrium. [http://www.temptingplaces.com/en/boutique-hotels/heritage-hotel/mexico-hotel/hacienda-san-jose]
Others featured boutique hotels, like the Al Nahda Resort & Spa (in Oman) focus on wellness and life balance with a large choice of «Health therapies» in the Middle East (slimming, detoxification cure, fitness therapy, sports, relaxation stay with Yoga, lauching therapy) [http://www.temptingplaces.com/en/boutique-hotels/spa-hotel/oman-muscat-hotel/hotel-al-nahda-resort-spa]
So what is better and how to chose? I guess in the the end it is probably up to the individual to choose what she or he personally best resonates with ...
and definitevely a good excuse to try out the verious styles of treatments!!!
